bluetooth is a wirless technology ment for pans (personal area networks), its range is limited, to a max of 100m, depending on the device class one uses. this however is theory, in the real world and with the adequate equipement (e.g the blue sniper rifle) one can reach a few kms in distance.

this page is about bluetooth (in)security or bluetooth hacking or bluecking, well my work in this field.
